Craftsmanship Defects vs. Wear & Use
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our sunglasses. Items with craftsmanship defects, including structural issues present at the time of delivery, are eligible for a replacement or refund when reported within 30 days of receipt.
Because our sunglasses are designed for everyday use, some changes may occur over time as part of normal use. Wear-related changes, including those resulting from prolonged heat exposure, pressure, improper storage, or lack of basic care, are not considered manufacturing defects and may not qualify for a return.
Important Note on Natural Materials
Our frames are crafted from natural bamboo and wood. Variations in grain, tone, and texture are expected characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Items in Original Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return period. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refund and Gift Card Issuance
- Full Refund: If your return meets the eligibility criteria and is received within the 30-day return period, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method.
- Returns After 30 Days: Returns received after the 30-day return period will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card for the value of the returned item(s).
